Please call our office at 247-7778 during business hours to schedule appointments Monday - Thurs 9am- 5pm and Friday 9am-noon. For your convenience we have lunch hour appointments available.

 

Please arrive 5 minutes early for all follow up appointments and 10 minutes early for all specialty appointments.

Because a Physician's time is valuable, same day cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice of any cancellations to avoid this fee.

 

Your time is also valuable and we do our best to provide timely service and provide a 2 day courtesy appointment reminder call. We do understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control, please call our office to discuss any special considerations.
